Doctors Who Took the Leap

Their experiences. Their wins. Their words.

Just being, being part of this program has really slowed my heart rate down. And today it’s probably been the most impactful for me. Hearing y’all out and hearing y’all’s experiences on what you’ve been through and advice that y’all y’all shared with me.

You are sharing with us like what is, what is considered secrets in other circles, right, because you are letting us know about your experience and what you refer to as mistakes, but we know that it’s not mistakes, it’s your learning, you’re winning or learning, so about your learning experiences and it’s extremely valuable, because then you’re offering us not to do the same mistake or not to have the same learning experience and, and of course we can choose to do the same.

I felt like I had wings and there was no circumstance at the time. So for those 10 days up until this weekend, there was no circumstance that was going to stop me, and it changed how I talked to patients. It changed how I showed up at the job that I have, that I take twice a week, to help support myself like everything was different and people commented on it.

I am deeply thankful and appreciative of Natasha’s willingness and passion to listen, share and support other physicians who are exploring and embarking on  their medical business ownership and practices.

I have been in regular contact with Natasha about my evolving practice for many years and today, much like in many of our previous conversations, the newest possibilities for my business evolution and growth were unlocked during our conversation.

I wanted to share the your advice to set out the boundaries explicitly right at the start with patients has been the most helpful piece of advice I got in making this practice what I wanted it to be!

This is the first time I’ve felt like this process could actually be healthy for me — not just something that drains me. That it could make me a better doctor and a healthier person.

To not lose momentum, to have continuity. Has it been two months already? It flew by. There’s a slight anxious feeling—having that ongoing support would be very comforting.

I feel like I finally have permission to build this at my own pace — and to have a community of doctors who actually understand what I’m building is priceless.

This program has really slowed my heart rate down, which used to fluctuate a lot before. Today was especially impactful, hearing everyone’s experiences and the advice they shared.

This has helped me focus on learning and honing the business skills I need to grow my practices. It’s given me clarity in a world full of overwhelming ideas, helping me zero in on what works for me.

This has been so meaningful to me. You opened my eyes. I’ve expanded inside. I don’t feel ready to be on my own.

Natasha’s openness in sharing her experiences and “mistakes” has been incredibly valuable, giving us insights that help avoid the same pitfalls. The coaching propelled me into one of my biggest personal breakthroughs, transforming my energy, confidence, and how I show up in both work and life.

The biggest takeaway for me is that I need to slow down and get my systems automated and ready. It was so meaningful to talk to Natasha. She helped me vocalize it and literally gave me permission to slow down and get things straightened. I’m very grateful and emotional about it. It was very meaningful.

If I’d had this kind of guidance earlier, I could have avoided so many mistakes — and saved years of stress and wasted money.
